Job Title: Technical Designer - Denim and Development Tech ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced Technical Designer to join the team at an apparel brand. This role will report directly to the Senior Development Technical Design Manager and will be responsible for ensuring fit, construction, and quality standards across product categories.Key Responsibilities:Lead fit sessions and manage the fitting process from development through production.Evaluate garment fit, balance, construction, and overall appearance, providing clear corrections and solutions.Create and maintain accurate technical packages, grading, and fit specifications.Partner closely with design, product development, production, and vendors to ensure product execution aligns with brand standards.Oversee sample reviews and communicate revisions in a timely manner.Support calendar milestones and ensure deadlines are met throughout the development cycle.Qualifications:Strong technical design experience in denim is required.Proven experience with structured wovens and suiting.Demonstrated ability to lead fittings independently and confidently.Strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit standards.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Reporting Structure:This position reports to the Senior Development Technical Design Manager.Salary $85,000-$105,000
