This is a fast-growing 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider specializing in freight brokerage services. They connect customers with reliable drivers and carriers to move freight efficiently across the U.S. This is a high-energy, sales-driven environment with significant earning potential for motivated individuals. This role starts as an Account Executive in Training (AET), where you’ll learn the business by supporting an experienced Account Executive’s book of business. You’ll develop core logistics knowledge including carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and freight execution, while gradually building the skills needed to manage your own customers.This is an inside sales role that involves high-volume calling, relationship building, and negotiation.
