Combine that with market-leading benefits and opportunities across multiple states, and we think you’ll agree that YOU BELONG AT BAXTER AUTO!Your Purpose As a Recruiting CoordinatorThis store-based role reports to the General Manager(s) and oversees full-cycle recruiting for assigned locations, including sourcing, application and resume review, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and pre-employment activities. The Recruiting Coordinator partners with store leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to leverage shared tools and processes, deliver a strong candidate experience, and build diverse talent pipelines. The role also supports community engagement through local events, strengthening hiring efforts and pipeline development.
