The Substitute Teacher ensures that the classroom learning environment is Christian-based, nurturing, wholesome and loving.RESPONSIBILITES Work with curriculum provided to maintain student’s learning and development Work closely and in collaboration with the Teaching Assistant Respect professional ethics that require confidentiality Follow procedures as set out in Substitute Teacher’s GuideOther duties as assigned.POSITION TYPE: On-callHOURS: 7:45am - 3:45pmSALARY: $210 per day / $26.25 per hourSUPERVISOR: Director of Lower School or Director of Middle SchoolWe welcome applications year-round.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS Must have a strong and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and it should be evident in both the personal and professional life Must agree to the mission statement, values, and faith statement Must be able to uphold and support the mission statement, values, and faith statement Bachelors or Masters degree Colorado State Teacher’s License or Substitute Teacher’s License Classroom experience is preferred
