Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement advanced quality control plans for new and existing products.Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for complex quality issues.Utilize statistical methods and tools for process monitoring and improvement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and problem-solving.Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality at all stages of the product lifecycle.Conduct supplier quality audits and drive supplier quality improvement programs.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior quality engineers.
