Sr. Treasury Analyst

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join the team of a leading manufacturer in Troy, MI! This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to international cash forecasting and treasury management functions.Competitive pay & benefits combined with a collaborative work environment offered with this dynamic company!ResponsibilitiesInternational Cash Forecasting: Develop and manage processes for forecasting international cash flow.Standardization and Efficiency: Lead efforts to standardize practices across regions and create tools to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.Program Management: Oversee and administer employee travel cards, global purchase cards, and supplier virtual payments.System Administration: Act as the primary administrator for the Kyriba Treasury system.Financial Reviews: Conduct comprehensive reviews of cash forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Banking Operations: Manage and maintain bank accounts, including documentation and compliance.Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for senior leadership as needed.Audit Support: Assist in fulfilling quarterly and annual audit requirementsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; master’s degree and/or advanced certification preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent cash forecasting experience.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, G-Treasury) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.Team Collaboration: Collaborative team player with the ability to cross-train with colleagues.Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior management.Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to enhance processes and adapt to changes, focusing on efficiency and scalability.Ready to take your career to the next level?
