System Analyst (BA/SCRUM)

Experience:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's)-3+ years' experience working in a collaborative, team environment with stakeholders, application developers and project managers.-3+ years' experience with documenting business requirements and meeting minutes-3+ years' experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions for business and system analysis-3+ years' experience with leading teams to self-organization-3+ years' experience working on development projects utilizing agile/iterative development techniques-Experience with coordinating multiple simultaneous tasks-Experience designing proof of concepts and screen mockups-Experience developing and following test plans-Knowledge of data privacy and protection initiatives-Strong communication and collaborative skills-Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred KSA's:• Experience operating as a Scrum Master• Experience working with Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles• Take charge, can-do attitude• Facilitation skills
