LifePoint Health - - Responsibilities: Provide direct patient observation and input in planning care through communication with the RN and other patient care team members; Maintain a safe environment and keep patient within arm's reach at all times; Accompany the patient for tests, procedures, and holding area visits; Assist with ambulation and feeding as directed by RN; Protect patient dignity and privacy and respond to calls via the call bell system
