Network Analyst / Network Engineer (Onsite – Cleveland, OH)We are seeking a Network Analyst / Network Engineer to join a large, enterprise IT environment supporting critical network and security infrastructure. This is a hands‑on, onsite role in downtown Cleveland, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with network hardware, firewalls, and wireless systems in a collaborative team setting.This position is intended to be long‑term and may be structured as direct hire or contract‑to‑hire, depending on candidate and business alignment.What You’ll Be DoingSupport, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network and firewall infrastructureConfigure and maintain firewall rules, NAT policies, and security controlsPartner with cybersecurity teams on incident response, investigations, and remediationDesign and maintain network and security diagrams (data centers, DMZs, external connectivity)Monitor network performance and proactively identify issues or risksSupport wired and wireless networks, including access points and authentication servicesMaintain accurate documentation for network configurations, changes, and processesProvide occasional after‑hours support for critical updates or incidentsPerform hands‑on work with network equipment in an onsite environmentRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of hands‑on network engineering or network analyst experienceStrong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching)Experience working with firewalls (rule configuration, logging, troubleshooting)Exposure to Cisco network environmentsComfortable working fully onsite and performing physical network tasksAbility to clearly document work and communicate with technical and non‑technical teamsPreferred / Nice‑to‑Have SkillsExperience with Cisco ISE (identity services, network access control)Experience supporting Meraki wireless / access pointsFirewall platforms such as Cisco ASA / Firepower or Palo AltoNetwork monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds)Routing protocols such as OSPF or BGPEnterprise, government, or regulated‑environment experienceRelevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent)Work Environment100% onsite role in downtown ClevelandEnterprise‑scale network supporting mission‑critical systemsCollaborative team environment with networking and cybersecurity partnersHands‑on infrastructure role (not cloud‑only or remote)Why This Role?Long‑term stability in an enterprise environmentOpportunity to work deeply with network security and firewallsHands‑on ownership of real infrastructurePath to permanent employment for strong performers
