Job DescriptionGHG Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Tyler, Texas.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: OR - Operating RoomDiscipline: RNStart Date: 06/01/2026Duration: 1 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 10 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelEstimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2414.00\n\nOpportunity:\nOR - Operating Room\n\nJob Details:\n• Work 10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating day off\n• Call required 1-2 shifts every 6 weeks\n• Patient ratio of 1:1 for all shifts\n• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required\n• Travel experience preferred\n• Trauma Level I experience required\n• BLS certification required\n• Epic charting system experience required\n• Must have experience in Orthopedic, General, Neurological, Vascular, and Urology procedures\n• Preferred experience with DaVinci Robots, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmology\n• Work with patients across age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics\n• 14 operating rooms with daily census of 45\n• Weekend coverage includes 2 weekend shifts per contract\n• Pre-approved time off available\n• Orientation includes 4-6 hours of non-billable modules completed onsite\n\nFacility:\nThis healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgical services department with 14 fully-equipped operating rooms and advanced medical technology.
