Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Daytona Beach, FloridaThis individual will manage Special Access Programs (SAP) and other restricted/proprietary security initiatives, ensuring flawless execution and the achievement of all operational goals. As an individual contributor, this individual will ensure programmatic security posture is compliant with all applicable regulations.Position ResponsibilitiesConduct initial and recurring security briefings to cleared workforce members on topics such as critical program information, marking, safeguarding and destroying classified information, operations security, physical and communication security, and other security training as requiredConduct inventories and records reconciliation actions to ensure accuracy and accountabilityPrepare activity or program concept of operation (CONOPs) outlining unique security protection requirements for sensitive operations; establish procedures for protecting, handling, storing, and transporting proprietary materialsCoordinate across the security workforce, Boeing engineering, managerial and technical teams, as well as senior Boeing personnel and United States Government customers to seek contract execution approvals, security rulings or deviations as may be requiredValidate internal security controls through the performance of detailed compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections; identifies deficiencies; and recommend and/or implement timely corrective action(s)Assist lesser experienced employees with the administration and execution of security protocolsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)1+ years of experience in Industrial Security1+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft ProjectAbility to support after-hours deployments and rotational on-callPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)Bachelor\'s degree or higherExperience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense or Aerospace environmentExperience communicating with internal and external customersConflict of InterestSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free WorkplaceBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & BenefitsAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
