Java ODM Lead Developer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java and IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager). In this role, you will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive the development of scalable microservices within the US Healthcare domain (Revenue Cycle Management and Clinicals).Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Lead, plan, and track development tasks while mentoring junior engineers.Rules Engine Development: Design and implement business rules using IBM ODM or similar Java-based rules engines.Backend Architecture: Build high-performance backend systems using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.Collaboration: Work actively within an Agile team environment to deliver sprint goals and present technical solutions clearly.Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Technical Skills: Java 8, IBM ODM (or robust Java Rules Engine experience), Spring Boot, Spring Core, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of US Healthcare systems, specifically Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Clinicals (medications, orders, labs).Methodology: Strong hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Soft Skills: Excellent English communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Messaging & Search: Kafka, ElasticsearchDevOps & Tools: Jenkins, GIT, JiraCertifications: Relevant technical certifications are highly desirable.
