Rubenstein Law is committed to delivering exceptional client care while continuing to expand nationwide.Job SummaryThe Litigation Paralegal plays a vital role in supporting attorneys through every stage of the litigation process- from initial investigation and discovery to trial preparation and post-trial proceedings. Key responsibilities include managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting and filing legal documents, and coordinating communication with clients, experts, and witnesses.
