We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Intensive In-Home Therapist to join our team.Job Summary: Community Support Team (CST) Team LeadPosition SummaryThe CST Team Lead provides clinical supervision and oversight of a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based mental health and substance use services. This role ensures all services meet NC Medicaid Clinical Coverage Policy 8A requirements, including medical necessity, person-centered care, and active treatment.Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fieldLicensed or provisionally licensed:LCSW / LCSW-ALCMHC / LCMHC-ALMFT / LMFT-A Minimum 2 years clinical experience (community-based preferred)Knowledge of NC Medicaid and CST servicesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical supervision and leadership to CST staffEnsure compliance with NC Medicaid Policy 8A and documentation standardsOversee Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) and treatment goalsReview and approve clinical documentation for accuracy and medical necessityCoordinate care with providers, schools, DSS/DJJ, and community partnersSupport crisis intervention and risk managementConduct team meetings, case reviews, and staff trainingMonitor service delivery, authorizations, and billing complianceSkills & CompetenciesStrong clinical and leadership skillsKnowledge of DSM-5 and treatment planningExperience with Medicaid documentation and auditsEffective communication and crisis managementAdditional RequirementsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass background checkMaintain licensure and CEUsIf you want it even tighter (like a one-page offer letter version or Indeed job post format), I can trim it further.How to Apply:If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and meet the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply.
