Senior Change Management Consultant
Direct experience supporting M&A / Acquisition & Integration (A&M) initiatives Experience working within Information Security / IT environments (highly preferred) Strong ability to work with Program/Project Managers and identify + manage stakeholders Must be able to understand technical initiatives and present them clearly to stakeholders Someone who can step in and hit the ground running immediately This person needs to be an organizer and driver of work across A&M teams, not just a change/comms resource What we actually need:Experience supporting technology/system integrations tied to acquisitions Ability to assess impacts and help drive execution + alignment across teams Strong communication skills, especially with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly visible environment we need someone who can plug into A&M + InfoSec initiatives
