Industrial Maintenance Technician

MUST HAVE INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY EXPERIENCE!!! Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment. Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with industrial machinery and equipment Performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Collaborating with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption Responsibilities Maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with industrial machinery and equipment. Performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt. Requirements A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and practices Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and best practices. Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings. Experience troubleshooting; PLC, VFD, AC/DC drives, HMI'S, 3 phase motors and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Basic computer skills to maintain digital records and utilize maintenance management software.
