He/She is responsible for maintaining and enhancing application functionalityEssential FunctionsGather and analyze user requirements to design and develop sound and effective solutions. Test and deploy the solutions to the live environment for general use. Develop documentation to facilitate the ongoing maintenance and support of these applicationsApplication of enhancements to fulfill customer requests for enhanced functionality and reporting and development and support of small and mid-scale web applicationsProvide application support using subject matter expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Scripting, Java, and Microsoft .NET technologies to support applicationAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as assignedSkills And AbilitiesSenior-level experience with .NET C#,.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC & Web API 2, as well as core .NET concepts, including asynchronous programming, parallelization and messagingGood understanding of principles of software architecture and object-oriented designQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study preferredH.S. diploma/GED with equivalent work experience requiredThree (3) years or more experience in C# and ASP.NET requiredThree (3) years or more experience in Agile software development process and tools, including TFS and Visual Studio Online requiredThree (3) years or more experience with developing applications using Rabbit MQ, MSMQ or similar messaging platform.
