Operations Cashiering Specialist Osaic Operations Processors are part of a team responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient processing of routine and complex transactions involving money and asset movement, supporting the activities associated within Brokerage Operations. Serve as backup resources to coworkers that perform equivalent duties and demonstrate flexibility to respond to increases in workflow.Location(s): Scottsdale: 18700 N Hayden Rd, Suite 255, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 (#1 preferred location) Atlanta: 2300 Windy Ridge Pkwy SE, Suite750, Atlanta, GA 30339 La Vista:12325 Port Grace Blvd, La Vista, NE 68128 Oakdale: 7755 3rd St. N, Oakdale, MN 55128 St. Petersburg: 877 Executive Center Dr. W, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.Role Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt Salary: $48,000 - $52,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.Our competitive compensation is just one component of Osaic's total compensation package. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.Responsibilities:Answer internal and external phone calls; make outbound phone calls to our financial professionalsReview, process and follow up on various brokerage account requests including IRA/RMD distributions, journals between brokerage accounts, ACH/EFT, federal fund wires, research, check deposit adjustments, and other cash and asset processing.Must act as subject matter expert for several different responsibilities within brokerage Operations. Act as back-up to co-workers by cross-training on all department functions and demonstrate flexibility to respond to influx of workflow.Interact with clearing firms and financial professionals on routine brokerage account processing requests; provide timely updates and statuses in contact management and workflow systemsCreate a strong working relationship with vendors, internal stakeholders, and financial professionalsKeep up to date on changes to industry and business processesAll other duties as assigned.Basic Requirements:2-3 years relatable or transferable work experience; financial services experience preferredProficiency at Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPointExcellent communication & organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environmentSTRONG customer focus orientationHigh attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and maintain high levels of qualityAbility to work and remain focused under pressureAbility to participate and contribute to a team environmentAbility to become proficient with the following internal systems: NetX360, Front-End Imaging (FEI), Salesforce (contact management and imaging workflow systems), and other back-office functionsAbility to acquire and retain knowledge of securities industry rules and best practices regarding brokerage account operations and have strong organizational and time management skillsPreferred Requirements:2+ years' experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer setting.Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field is preferred.CRM experience / Salesforce experienceCompletion of FINRA SIE exam.FINRA Series 7 license
