Production Operator

ASC Staffing Group is looking to hire a Production Operator for a bakery supply company. Serious applicants only, please see below details and requirements Observe all GMP’s, Sop’s, and SQF standards. Operate all manual, automatic and or material handling equipment, safely and efficiently, while maintaining high quality standards that meet or exceed client and customer requirements. Must be able to safely work with automated industrial equipment, including operation, change over and basic maintenance. Must Perform Lock Out Tag out (LOTO) when required. Follow the in confined spaces procedure when performing work inside a kettle, mixer or hopper, etc. Report all food safety and quality issues to immediate Supervisor and / Quality technician. Immediately report any safety issues to the supervisor, maintenance or management. Responsible for the overall safety, quality, and efficiency of their work center Comply with all company SOP’s (specific SOP’s particular for Job), GMP’s, and SQF (specify regulations) Always maintain a neat and sanitary work area (refer to pictures or additional details) Must conform to company dress code and personal protective equipment policies Perform any other duties as instructed by the management Work on different workstations when needed Perform job rotation in order to reduce the stress on the body Operate Packing line per SOP instructions Ensure Line is sanitized using specified sanitizer Verify and Apply product specific labels and best by labeling Palletize pails/drums per company product specific requirements Use SAP system for recording production. Completing the pre-flight check list Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
