Apply today to learn more about joining our team!Shift: 2:30PM - 1AM - Days Off - Tuesday, Wednesday & SundayPay: $18 - $22/hr DOECompile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily activities of cycle counting, claims management and accounts administration within the facility. Manage data concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility. Order shipping materials supplies and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory, purchasing, shipping, and warehouse recordsCompile and analyze data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and inventory reportsPerform daily cycle counts and assist with scheduled physical inventory countsInvestigate inventory discrepancies, damages, adjustments, and shrinkage issuesIdentify product locations and verify product IDs, pallet IDs, and authorized substitutesReview shipping orders and verify product accuracy using catalogs, manuals, and inventory referencesMonitor inventory levels and determine when replenishment is requiredReview inventory files to identify unused or obsolete products and recommend appropriate actionOrder and maintain shipping materials, supplies, and equipment to support warehouse operationsAdditional ResponsibilitiesOperate warehouse material handling equipment to move products safely within the facilityFollow all company safety policies, regulatory requirements, and operational proceduresMinimum Qualifications2+ years of relevant inventory or warehouse experience requiredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -20°F (-25°C) or up to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage while wearing required PPE and freezer gearAbility to lift at least 40 lbs (may vary depending on facility needs)Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if neededAbility to understand and follow instructions in English or the facility’s operational languagePay Range:$16.97 - $28.65Why Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
