Executive Assistant Intern – Office of the CEOCompany: Virtual IPLocation: RemoteInternship Type: Unpaid Internship — Eligible for University/Academic CreditSchedule: Part-Time or Full-Time options available, with some availability during U.S. business hoursAbout the RoleVirtual IP is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Assistant to CEO Intern to support the CEO with day-to-day coordination, research, communication, documentation, and administrative activities.This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining direct exposure to executive operations, business strategy, project coordination, and the day-to-day management of a growing U.S.-based IT consulting company.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the CEO with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.Assist in preparing meeting notes, reports, presentations, and other business documents.Conduct online research on potential clients, competitors, industries, and business opportunities.Track assigned tasks, deadlines, and action items.Assist with internal communication and coordination between different departments.Organize documents, records, spreadsheets, and other company information.Help prepare agendas and summarize key points from meetings.Support business development, marketing, recruitment, and operational initiatives when required.Follow up with team members regarding assigned tasks and project updates.Handle company information professionally and maintain confidentiality.Assist the CEO with other administrative and business-related tasks as needed.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.Strong written and spoken English communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and online collaboration tools.Strong research and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions carefully.Professional, responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.Comfortable communicating with different departments and senior management.Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling business-related information.What You Will GainDirect exposure to CEO-level business operations and decision-making.Practical experience in executive support and business administration.Experience coordinating with multiple departments within an IT consulting company.Development of professional communication, research, documentation, and project coordination skills.Understanding of business development, marketing, HR, and operational processes.Internship completion certificate upon successful completion.Documentation may be provided for university or academic credit requirements, subject to the institution's policies.Internship DisclaimerThis is an unpaid internship designed primarily for learning and professional development.
