Salary: $130000.00 to $165000.00 yearlyDescriptionOlivia Quinlan is hiring for a VP of Administrative IT Support in Buffalo, New York.Responsibilities Lead the formulation and execution of marketing and sales strategies Conduct research and development for product enhancements Manage budgeting and expenses, ensuring the financial viability of IT projects Oversee the technical infrastructure of the organization, including network management protocols and technology infrastructure Ensure system security and information security are maintained at all times Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures Manage relationships with vendors and oversee contract management Lead the documentation process to ensure transparency and accountability Provide exceptional customer support, leveraging skills in business analysis and customer service Supervise and manage employees, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.Requirements Position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Basic Programming and Application Programming is a must Familiarity with Business Analysis and Business Strategy is required Expertise in BI visualization and Data Visualization is necessary Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure and Technology Initiatives is essential Understanding of Information security and Networking is required Experience in Business administration and Network management protocols is needed Strong People Management and Program Management skills are important Must be comfortable with leading and implementing technology initiatives Should be capable of managing and overseeing a diverse IT team Ability to develop and implement strategic plans in line with business goals Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven track record of managing large scale IT projects A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
