This remote position is available to candidates located within the Greater Pittsburgh area and offers the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, identify top talent, and contribute to organizational growth.The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionSource and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Conduct candidate outreach and engagement activities.Develop strategies to attract high-quality talent.Recruitment Process ManagementManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage.Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring activities.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.Provide recruitment updates and hiring recommendations.Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Candidate ExperienceEnsure a positive and professional recruitment experience.Communicate effectively throughout the hiring process.Assist with offer coordination and onboarding preparation.Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.Campus & Community RecruitingSupport campus recruiting initiatives and networking opportunities.Participate in recruiting events and talent engagement activities.Build relationships with educational institutions and talent communities.Required QualificationsExperience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Relationship-building and networking skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Experience with campus recruiting initiatives.Knowledge of talent management principles.Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels.Offer negotiation and candidate management experience.CompensationWeekly Base PayPerformance-Based BonusesCommission OpportunitiesCompensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.Work ArrangementRemote PositionCandidates must reside in the Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania areaFull-Time OpportunityBenefits of This OpportunityRemote Work FlexibilityCareer Growth OpportunitiesPerformance IncentivesCollaborative Team EnvironmentProfessional Development OpportunitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerEmployment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
