Job Title: Mobility Program CounselorLocation: White Plains, NYType: Contract To HireCompensation: $21.00/hourContractor Work Model: Onsite – onsiteHours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM  The Mobility Program Counselor will provide information and resources to the Mobility Counseling families to prepare them for a move in a range of neighborhoods.  The Mobility Counselor will provide motivational counseling to program participants and ensure that all participant information is entered in Share Point.  In addition, this position will also include general admin support tasks, including, but not limited to data entry, office organization, filing, copying, printing, mailing, and other duties as required. ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruiting families and property owners to participate in the Mobility Counseling program.Educate participants on program requirements, goals, and expectations.Enter intake survey data into SharePoint and schedule intake assessments.Provide pre-counseling and apartment search assistance to help families secure housing in opportunity areas.Develop and monitor Personalized Action Plans (PAP), including making referrals based on client needs.Maintain accurate records and regularly update participant information in tracking systems.Communicate participant progress, concerns, and updates to program leadership.Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and participate in team meetings to report on outcomes.Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.RequirementsKnowledge of Mobility Counseling and ability to interpret and apply program regulations, statutes, and policies.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to groups.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative systems.Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 4 years of relevant experience.Bilingual candidates are a strong plus.   System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
