Learn more about us at www.xerox.com.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Program Manager within Organizational Culture & Employee Experience to play a critical role in leading enterprise-wide design, governance, activation, and measurement of culture and organizational effectiveness programs across Xerox. This role operates at the intersection of organizational design, workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, employee experience, and transformation execution.The role partners across People, Talent & Culture (PTC), TEK@Xerox, HRBPs, Internal Communications, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and business leaders to deliver scalable, measurable culture and effectiveness initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities.This is not a coordination-only role. The standard now is strategic program ownership tied directly to workforce readiness, leadership behavior, organizational health, and measurable business outcomes.The Program Manager must operate through a capability-led, data-informed, and governance-driven model that aligns to the Xerox Competency Framework (XCF), enterprise operating principles, and AI-enabled workforce execution.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Program LeadershipLead the end-to-end design and launch of enterprise culture and organizational effectiveness programs.Translate enterprise priorities into scalable workforce and leadership initiatives.Manage cross-functional program plans, governance structures, dependencies, and risk mitigation activities.Drive execution discipline across multiple stakeholders, business units, and geographies.Organizational Effectiveness & CultureSupport organizational health, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture activation initiatives.Facilitate alignment between organizational design, leadership behaviors, and workforce capability expectations.Partner with OCM and Internal Communications on large-scale change initiatives requiring behavior adoption at scale.Apply transformation principles to ensure initiatives improve speed, simplicity, accountability, and operational consistency.Capability & Workforce AlignmentAlign programs to the Xerox Competency Framework (XCF) and workforce capability standards.Partner with TEK@Xerox and HRBPs to ensure programs reinforce enterprise capability priorities.Support competency-driven approaches to leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational readiness.Ensure capability outcomes are measurable and linked to business impact.Stakeholder & Governance ManagementPartner with senior leaders, HRBPs, OCM, Internal Communications, Talent, Learning, and business functions.Facilitate steering committees, governance forums, and executive updates.Lead cross-functional teams to explore ambiguous topics with a creative curiosity to improve our employee experiences, and create efficient operating systems across Xerox.Manage enterprise intake, prioritization, and execution tracking for organizational effectiveness initiatives.Escalate risks, alignment issues, and dependency concerns early.Measurement & Continuous ImprovementDefine and monitor program success metrics
