Senior GNC Engineer

We are working with a client building the world's most advanced drones...We're hiring a GNC Engineer to develop the guidance, navigation, and control systems powering next-generation autonomous drones. You'll work across estimation, controls, simulation, and real-world flight testing to improve vehicle autonomy and performance in complex environments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for autonomous UAVsBuild state estimation and sensor fusion systems using onboard sensorsDesign flight control and trajectory planning systemsWork closely with software, mechanical, and electrical engineers on integrated drone platformsTest and validate systems in simulation and real-world flight environmentsRequirementsStrong background in controls, robotics, aerospace, or autonomous systemsExperience with Kalman Filters, PID/LQR/MPC control, or state estimationStrong programming skills in C++ and/or PythonExperience working with drones, robotics, or embedded systemsComfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
