We believe in making the hiring process easier for educators and creating better outcomes for students.Our school-based SPED Behavior Technicians (TAs) are essential for creating supportive and structured environments where students with behavioral challenges can thrive, working closely with teachers and families to ensure consistency.Responsibilities:Assisting the classroom teacherWork with individual and (or) small groups of students to reinforce instructed materialAssist in compiling classroom communicationsMaintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and a safe learning environmentUtilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student learning experiences and support them as neededSupport with personal care or hygiene as needed, including toiletingRequired Qualifications:-High School Diploma or equivalent-Experience working with children with Special Educational needs-Experience working with personal care-US Work Authorization.
