Program Construction Engineer

Overview As a Program Construction Engineer, you will coordinate construction activities and oversee materials quality for CDOT projects under the QPMC contract. You will serve as a liaison among CDOT QA, Construction, Resident Engineers, CCEs, and Contractors to ensure plans, specs, and material requirements are met across all phases. You’ll support pre-construction, review, field activities, and CMQA data usage to drive project delivery. This role emphasizes cross‑agency collaboration, quality control, and program efficiency to improve safety and outcomes.
