Inside Account Executive

Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Account Executive to support our Account Executives and business partners throughout the mortgage process. The Inside Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, pitching solutions, closing sales, and hitting targets, all while using CRM software. Responsibilities Cold calling potential clients, 30–50 calls per day. Excellent presentation skills with small and large audiences. Build relationships with current and new Mortgage Brokers. Maintains sales contact, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports. Trains Brokers on LenderMAC Products and policies & procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines. Adds value by working directly with Brokers and Loan Officers on Marketing Programs. Stay abreast of underwriting guidelines and program changes. Use CANDY to Pre-Underwriting/Pre-Qualifying loan files. Provide ongoing service and support to Brokers Qualifications. Communicate effectively and professionally in an office environment. Qualifications Ability to multitask and organize Brokers within a CRM. Non-QM experience preferred. Be able to set and manage expectations. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Self-motivated and proactive. Experience Minimum of 1 year's experience in the residential lending industry. (Preferred) 2 Years minimum Origination experience with an existing broker client base.
