Program Controls Analyst

As a Program Controls Analyst, you will play a vital role in enabling mission success and operational excellence. Your expertise will help ensure that programs meet and exceed contractual expectations while providing actionable insights to leadership. Key Responsibilities Interpret program performance data to provide key insights to PMO staff and engineering teams. Prepare and deliver reports in strict compliance with Contract Data Requirements Lists ( CDRLs ) and Earned Value Management (EVM) formats. Track cost, schedule, and resource allocation against established budgets and forecasts. Assist Program Managers in identifying project risks and opportunities, executing mitigation plans as needed. Support the preparation of financial briefings, executive presentations, and status reports for senior leadership. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in program controls, Earned Value Management (EVM), or program finance. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating dashboards and executive-level summaries. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within both large and small project teams. Preferred Prior experience with proposal development. TS/SCI clearance preferred; must be eligible to obtain and maintain. What We Offer Competitive salary of $85,000 – $105,000 per year plus benefits. Onsite/Hybrid work arrangement available.
