Caregivers / Personal Care Aides

Happier at Home Care, LLC is looking for Caregivers/PCA's to join our growing team. You will be working directly with clients, following their one-on-one care plan in their home. RESPONSIBILITIESAiding with daily tasks, including but not limited to meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, outdoor activities, and shoppingMedication remindersAiding with personal hygiene needs and dressingProvide companionship and emotional support to our clientsMaintain accurate documentation of careRequirementsHigh school diploma/GEMUST have Valid driver's license and reliable transportationCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification not required but a plusAbility to adhere to all health and safety guidelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in EnglishAbility to lift heaving objectsShifts may also include one weekend a monthBenefitsFlexible scheduling24/7 Management SupportEmployee Discounts and Savings through ADP Direct Deposit
