Plumber

Encore Parkside - Encore at Parkside is currently hiring for a FT Plumber. The plumber is responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across 3 communities. When not working on plumbing tasks, the plumber will assist with general maintenance duties.Responsibilities:Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenanceConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve plumbing issuesAssist with general maintenance tasks (e.g., repairs, painting, landscaping)Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure community standardsTravel between the 3 Encore CommunitiesPhysical and Environmental Demands:Must be able to lift 50 poundsWork in various environments (indoor/outdoor, temperatures vary)Stand, kneel, and climb for extended periodsWear PPE (personal protective equipment) as requiredRequirements:- 2+ years of plumbing experience- Ability to work independently and with a teamThis organization does not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of ancestry, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, military status, veteran status, or disability.
