Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.ClearanceA current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.ExperienceFourteen (14) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.Required SkillsExperience developing software using Python or JavaExperience in data modeling, including normalization of data and working with metricsExperience developing and maintaining web-based server applications and implementing algorithms that interface with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)Experience developing task automation using AWS APIExperience with periodic or streaming dataExperience with Linux and shell scriptingAbility to design, develop, and implement data processing workflowsAbility to develop and optimize data structures using JSON, YAML, or NoSQL DatabasesDesired SkillsExperience with unstructured databases (Mongo, Elasticsearch) and graph databases (Neo4J)Experience with implementation of test environments for automated code validationExperience working with containersExperience developing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CIExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and tooling like TerraformExperience with mono-repo architecture and toolingExperience with web page design in JavaScript, Angular, or Python ShinyExperience developing pipelines using AWS API (Lambda and Step functions)Knowledge of network protocols such as SNMP or BGPAbility to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environmentBenefits Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits.
