Your Role: As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standardsMerchandising and stocking as neededAssisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentableEnsuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leadersManaging sales transactions while working assigned cash registerMaintaining security of cash and protecting company assetsOther duties as assigned* Your Skills and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent is preferredPrevious customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferredAbility to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is requiredMust be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodationExcellent customer service and relationship management skills are requiredStrong organizational and communication skills are requiredStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills are requiredHigh level of integrity is requiredProficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required Your Perks and Benefits: We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
