Their collaborative, team-driven environment provides engineers with the opportunity to work on impactful projects while gaining exposure to both technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing all phases of T&D and substation projects, from initiation through closeoutSupport project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting activitiesCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment and executionTrack project progress, costs, and key performance metrics; identify risks and support mitigation effortsPrepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, RFIs, and change ordersParticipate in client meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholdersSupport procurement efforts, including vendor coordination and material trackingEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company proceduresAssist in resolving technical and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
