Location: Chicago / Midwest Region *Full‑Time * Performance‑Based Pay Position Overview Performance Pipelining Inc. is hiring a Mainline CIPP Foreman to lead production‑driven trenchless crews across the Chicago and Midwest area. This role rewards output, quality, and leadership — the more you produce, the more you earn. Responsibilities * Run daily mainline CIPP operations: setup, wet‑out coordination, steam cure, and quality control * Lead and direct laborers, operators, and subcontractors * Maintain strict jobsite safety and compliance * Communicate professionally with inspectors, municipalities, and project owners * Track daily production, footage installed, cure data, and job documentation Requirements * Experience in mainline CIPP or trenchless rehabilitation * Strong jobsite command and crew leadership * Reliable, disciplined, and able to work in Chicago/Midwest field conditions * Solid communication and problem‑solving skills * Open to travel Performance Incentives We pay for performance, not just hours.
