Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS Oncology RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Three or more years of experience in physical therapy preferred
Current California licensure or certification as a physical therapist
Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology
Understanding of disease processes, rehabilitative medicine, and infection control
Current BCLS certification
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer use
Strong written and verbal abilities; additional languages a plus
Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork
Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate physical therapy services under physician guidance
Lead departmental operations, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives
Ensure accurate patient charges and compliance with regulatory standards
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments across all age groups
Develop individualized care and teaching plans, involving families as appropriate
Maintain equipment safety, cleanliness, and oversight of departmental needs
Participate in quality improvement, staff training, and interdepartmental collaboration
Uphold patient confidentiality, ethical practices, and professional standards
