Allied Universal is hiring am Administrative Project Manager. The Administrative Project Manager will administratively support Enterprise Account leadership by managing and tracking deliverables, and company initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform weekly payroll and billing data transfers and ensure accurate work schedules.
Set up and maintain accounts and employee profiles while managing site-specific terminations.
Enter and categorize billback items (e.g., medical, vehicle, fuel) and resolve rejected shifts promptly.
Support phased workforce process implementation across multiple sites and integrate additional vendor accounts.
Reconcile unapplied cash with Treasury based on approved work schedules and ensure timely cash allocation.
Address administrative requirements for new locations and maintain effective communication with internal teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify challenges, streamline operations, and ensure process efficiency.
Assist in generating reports to analyze and compile key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess one or more of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field
Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative management experience
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of administrative management experience
Administrative management experience in an office setting
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize multiple systems and applications
Ability to work with new or existing presentation to create and deliver appealing, persuasive, and effective presentations
Demonstrated problem solving, confidence and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial skills with the ability to analyze data and report on regional metrics
Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency; able to delegate time sensitive tasks and communicate to a range of audiences including to executive management

Project management experience
BENEFITS:
Pay rate: $58,000-$65,000 per year

Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
