Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.Position OverviewThe Global Compensation Director is a key leader within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, responsible for providing leadership and management for compensation programs and processes including equity, proxy Compensation Discussion & Analysis disclosure, Board and executive deferred compensation, project management, compensation program design, and providing regional leadership for total rewards for Latin America.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive CompensationServe as a key advisor on executive compensation strategy, including pay-for-performance alignment, benchmarking, and design of incentive programsPartner with the VP, Total Rewards to develop materials and recommendations for executive leadership and the Compensation CommitteeLead the proxy Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) process, ensuring clear, accurate, and compelling disclosureProvide oversight of equity compensation programs, ensuring effective governance, compliance, administration, and alignment with company objectivesOversee executive and Board of Directors deferred compensation programsGlobal CompensationLead global compensation program modifications and redesignEstablish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable compensation practices globallyEnsure compliance with global regulatory requirements and public company standardsDrive standardization while enabling appropriate regional flexibilityLead compensation program redesign projectsProject Leadership & TransformationLead and deliver key compensation projects, including policy updates, and process improvementsIdentify opportunities to modernize compensation practices, tools, and operating modelsDrive continuous improvement in processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and user experienceProvide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation philosophy, policies, and pay decisionsAnalytics, Technology & InsightsLeverage compensation systems (e.g., Workday) and market data tools to drive efficiency and insightDevelop and deliver data-driven analyses and recommendations to inform leadership decisionsEnhance reporting, dashboards, and executive-level insights related to compensation programsRegional Leadership - Latin AmericaLead compensation strategy and execution for Latin America, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with global frameworksManage country-specific compensation reviews, including inflation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary structure adjustmentsPartner with global benefits and regional HR to deliver integrated Total Rewards solutionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field12+ years of progressive compensation experience, including global, executive and sales compensationExperience supporting a publicly traded company, including proxy disclosureExperience in compensation program design, including sales compensation, short- and long-term incentive plansStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proven ability to influence and communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leadership.Demonstrated project leadership experience, including managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Preferred QualificationsCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) designationMBA or Master's degree, Human Resources or related fieldExperience leading compensation transformation or modernization initiativesStrong knowledge of global compensation regulations and governance practices#LI-LK1Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $170,000-$210,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
