Position: Licensed Practical Nurse- LTC Facility type: SNF/LTCLocation: Philadelphia, MS 39350Contract: 13 weeksShift: 12s - variable Days/ Nights both shifts availablePay rate: $38/hr on W2Start: TBDResponsibility:-Monitor patients throughout their treatment.Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.Ensure that patients take their medication.Assist doctors and registered nurses.Liaise with patients' families. Requirements:-Must be certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).BLS (AHA).Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a LPN in Long Term Care/ SNF Facilities.
