A vacancy exists for 3 Fall Middle School Athletic Coordinator.1 Eisenhower Science and Technology Leadership Academy.1 Blockson Middle School1 East Norriton Middle SchoolQualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferredActive First Aid, CPR preferredSuccessful completion of mandated state athletic courseStrong familiarity with state interscholastic athletic rulesAbility to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural middle school environment with an emphasis on student-athlete development and positive reinforcementFBI, Criminal Background, and Child Abuse clearancesResponsibilities :Monitor and verify academic and behavioral eligibility status for all middle school student-athletes in accordance with district and state athletic association standards.Collaborate with the NASD Athletic Department to establish efficient early dismissal times and coordinate team transportation for away events.Manage game-day logistics, ensuring facilities are prepared, officials and event staff are secure, and safety protocols are strictly enforced for all home athletic contests.Actively recruit and encourage middle school student participation across all sports to build robust, inclusive athletic programs.Partner with the High School Athletic Department to build meaningful relationships between the high school and middle school programs, creating a unified culture and a smooth transition for rising athletes.Execute additional operational duties as assigned by the Building Principal or Athletic Director to ensure the smooth functioning of the athletic department.Stipend $2750.00
