The Administrative Executive will manage day-to-day administrative operations, oversee scheduling, maintain records, coordinate communication, and provide organizational support. The role involves liaising with various stakeholders, ensuring efficient workflows, and upholding the institution's standards of excellence. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills for managing schedules and administrative tasksExcellent written and verbal communication abilities for liaising with stakeholders and preparing reportsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other administrative toolsProblem-solving and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple priorities effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in documentation and records managementAbility to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and reliabilityEducational background in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferredExperience in the education sector or non-profit organizations is an advantage
