With our wide range of experience, we provide valuable expertise in critical areas of consulting and acquisition operations.The ISD supports the review, evaluation, and improvement of agency-sponsored training programs using the ADDIE framework, ensuring instructional integrity, usability, and effectiveness.THIS ROLE IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARDKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and evaluate course materials including lesson plans, storyboards, and assessmentsApply ADDIE methodology to assess instructional design qualityProvide recommendations for course improvement and modernizationSupport course recertification and online/onsite reviewsCollaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and instructional effectivenessRequirementsMinimum Qualifications* Bachelor's degree* Minimum 2 years of instructional design experiencePreferred Qualifications* Experience supporting FEMA, DHS, or federal training programs* Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning toolsCTR Management Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
