Regional Business Office Director

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Regional Business Office Director to oversee financial operations, billing, and administration across our senior living and long-term care facilities in Texas. In this healthcare finance leadership role, you will direct business office teams, ensure accurate resident billing, optimize revenue cycle, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Partnering closely with clinical and administrative leaders, you'll analyze financial performance, develop process improvements, and support budgeting and forecasting.
