Clinical Manager

Job Description: Responsible for the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing and future product training programsPlan the delivery of overall programs and activities in accordance with Bard Medical's mission and goalsMaintain forms and records to document program activitiesOversee the collection and maintenance of records for statistical purposesCommunicate with stakeholders to gain support for the programLiaise with hospital leadership to ensure effective program deliveryDevelop product training plans including hospital team members as neededMonitor program activities regularly and conduct annual assessmentsRequirements: College graduate or equivalentRequire license as a Registered NurseThree (3+) years of patient care experienceHospital ICU/CCU/ED, leadership roles, committee presence, and/or charge nurse experience a plusAble to function independently with minimal guidance or supervisionExcellent listening and communication skillsAbility to work in sales environment with sales teamStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsAbility to collect, analyze and present clinical dataMust be proficient with computer (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)Multi-task orientedAble to manage multiple customer accounts with strong organizational skillsAble to assess problems and overcome objections.Benefits: Health insurance401(k) matchingFlexible work hoursPaid time offRemote work options
