At petbar boutiques you'll find a culture of care that inspires you to be your best.As a Bather you will perform the core and fundamental purpose of petbar: a fun and caring bathing experience for each pet.Your responsibilities will include:Loving each pet and ensure their safety at all timesBathing and hand drying dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperamentsBrushing and combing out coats to remove mats and tanglesTrimming/Filing nails and cleaning earsFace, feet and sanitary trims (it's a plus, not a must)Gland expressionAssisting the self-wash ClientsMaintaining a clean and sanitary work environment throughout the day and at the end of each shift.What we look for:Have a love for animals and a desire to provide exceptional Client service.Experience working with dogs in some capacity, whether through previous bathing experience or other pet related services.Responsible, punctual, and hard-working supportive team member with reliable transportation.Able to work between the hours of 9-6 PM including Saturdays.Able to lift 75 plus pounds and stand for long periods of time.Must display confidence working with and handling all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.Attention to detailAble to communicate effectivelyBenefits/PerksCompetitive Compensation + TipsFun Working EnvironmentInteract with PetsFlexible schedulingEmployee DiscountsHours worked per week are based on business volume and demand; Saturday and some holiday availability is a must.
