You’ll work side by side with creative directors, coaches, and production teams to capture authentic moments of performance, emotion, and energy. This is more than learning how to use a camera — it’s about learning how to see. You’ll explore framing, lighting, and composition while telling stories that move audiences and elevate brands. Every shot you take will contribute to real campaigns, athlete profiles, and creative projects seen by a growing audience. What You’ll Do Film athlete training sessions, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments. Operate cameras, stabilizers, and lighting equipment during shoots. Assist with video setups, audio checks, and production logistics. Collaborate with editors and creative directors to plan visual concepts. Capture short-form and cinematic content for social and digital platforms. You’ll Learn Professional camera operation and cinematography fundamentals. On-set etiquette, lighting, and audio integration. Storytelling through framing, rhythm, and creative direction. How to work under real production timelines and creative briefs. Post-production workflows and collaboration with multimedia teams. Ideal Candidate Passionate about film, sports, and visual storytelling. Comfortable using cameras or eager to learn (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema). Creative, punctual, and attentive to detail. Thrives in dynamic environments and can adapt quickly on set. Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) is a plus. What You’ll Gain Real production experience with professional mentorship.
