Senior Technical Writer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to support the creation and management of standard documentation for device and packaging operations. The role involves working closely with the IDAP Expansion Team to establish processes, procedures, and documentation standards, while ensuring compliance with global quality and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain standard documents for device and packaging, engineering, and maintenance processesSupport creation of procedures, training materials, and resource documentationCollaborate with IDAP Expansion Team to establish process documentation, standard work, and best practicesCreate and revise documents including standards, guidance documents, job aids, and equipment design/test packagesEnsure compliance with global templates, programs, and regulatory requirementsReview and manage document redlines, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and update referencesSubmit documents for approval workflows and track progress through completionProvide onsite technical writing support and coordinationFacilitate meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action itemsManage collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams channels and SharePoint sitesBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related fieldMinimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, or packaging environmentsExperience with documentation management systems such as Veeva Vault and KneatFamiliarity with device assembly and packaging technologiesStrong understanding of documentation standards and compliance requirements
