Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Apprentice. The Technical Apprentice will assist with HVAC system installations, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure system efficiency. Additional responsibilities include supporting technicians on job sites, maintaining tools and equipment, and acquiring hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced professionals to develop technical expertise in heating and cooling systems. Qualifications Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and willingness to learn HVAC-specific technical skillsFamiliarity with troubleshooting techniques and hands-on problem-solvingAbility to handle tools safely and perform basic maintenance on equipmentGood communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively in a teamStrong organization and time-management abilitiesEagerness to undergo training and obtain relevant certificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational school training is a plusAbility to work in varying environments and adhere to safety standards
