This is a hands-on role ideal for a seasoned glazing professional with deep expertise in commercial and/or residential glass installation. Join a company that values your expertise, supports your growth, and respects the hard work you bring to every job site.Key Responsibilities Install, cut, and fit all types of glass and glazing materials including storefronts, curtain walls, doors, windows, mirrors, and custom systemsRead and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and detailed shop drawingsMeasure openings accurately and fabricate or modify components to exact specificationsAssemble aluminum frames and glazing components in both field and shop settingsOperate lifts, cranes, suction tools, and other equipment safely for setting glassApply sealants, gaskets, tapes, and waterproofing materials in compliance with specificationsMentor and supervise apprentices and junior team membersCoordinate with general contractors, supervisors, and clients to maintain timelinesFollow OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment at all timesPerform quality checks to ensure finished work exceeds industry standardsQualifications 57+ years of professional glazing experienceExpertise in commercial and/or residential glass systems and installation methodsAbility to read and interpret shop drawings and construction blueprintsStrong leadership skills with experience guiding small teams on-siteValid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredComfortable working at heights and lifting heavy glass using safe practicesOSHA 10/30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skillsBenefits: Competitive hourly wage based on experience ($20$30/hour), health insurance, performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities, profit sharing, paid time off and holidays, bi-weekly pay cycle, paid training and professional development, supportive, team-driven culture.Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday, with flexibility depending on project needs.Location: Based in Clarksville, TN.
